The Crouser Professional Performance Alliance® is an alliance of independently owned family-based businesses banding together to provide:

- and protection for our business so it may not only serve us, but our future generations as well.
Specifically, we are an on-going program of consulting, training and coaching that produces real results for real businesses. How do we do that? We start with the universal principles identified in our 24+ years of working with businesses like yours and published in Tom Crouser's book, "Prospering: Putting the Business to Work for You and Your Family in 5 Basic Steps."
Initial Onsite: We send a professional to your business to provide an initial evaluation and plan based on these principles to help you reach your goals---usually involving time and money. Should you then choose and qualify, you are invited for further participation in the Alliance program. You don't have to be rich or making a lot of money to participate. But you do have to have the desire and willingness to perform.
Essentials: The first step is to assure the initial components of prospering are installed within the business including: accounting; organization around functions; basic sales; and appropriate IT and website functionality. You work with your consultant in achieving this.
Board of Directors: Once Essentials are in place, you are assigned to a Board of Directors group of up to eight companies that meet in one of our Performance Centers. Boards meet twice a year. Additionally, specific residential and online training is available to you.
Further, every company receives a yearly on-site evaluation by our professionals to assist in the application of the principles to your business. We don't spend a lot of time with people who want to philosophize about business. Our focus is to make more money and provide more time for our family than if we worked somewhere else. And, if we're not doing that, we're dedicated to fixing it. And if it doesn't happen, we'll close it down and go get a real job. It's that simple.
Plus we do more than train existing owners, we help train the next generation of family-based business owners as well.
Monthly Follow-Up: All of our participants work throughout the year with budgets they develop. We compare their actual performance with their budget and produce a report every month.
People Assistance: We specifically work with you in dealing with people issues. We help you devise what jobs are needed and help you decide who should hold them.
In Summary: We are an on-going program of consulting, training and coaching that produces real results for real businesses. That's what we are and what we're doing.
