Awards from the Nashville Board Meetings

Website News

Sales and Management awards are presented at each CPrint® board meeting. To win a sales award an affiliate must have sales at least 6% above the preceeding year or 18% over three years. The recipients of the Management award are chosen by mentors and staff at the meeting.

Neil and Gwyn Adams, The Village Print Shop, Cincinnati, Ohio, (Nashville Three Board) took home awards in both sales and management. Todd Nuckols, left, presents awards to the couple. Gwyn has participated in the sales training and is overcoming her sales reluctance. The company is becoming a self promoter and is making a name for itself in the local market. Neil and Gwyn are preparing to rebrand the company and become the local community’s digital technology expert. They are combining a C-1 organization with strong sales activities to overcome a sluggish market.

Jon and Jonathan Bond, Bond Printing, Hanover, Massachusetts, were presented the Nashville One management award. This affiliate has truly struggled to get where they are today. A year ago they had a 0.8:1 current ratio, ZERO days cash on hand, IB4 of 16% and sales were forecast to be down 9%. This has in fact, been an accurate description of this business for the six years they have been in CPrint. As of this board, this affiliate has a three year sales increase of 7%. They have a current ratio of 1.7:1, IB4 of 26%, and 14 days cash on hand (a record for this company). They have done what is most important rather than what is most fun.

Joe Davis & Kevin Gettings, Gerald Printing, Bowling Green, Kentucky, received the Nashville Two Board management award. Gerald Printing is operating at a 2.9 current ratio, 19 days cash on over 2.6 million in sales. This shop has made many improvements since it began its career with CPrint®. They have overhauled staff by implementing strong leaders in each of the key areas of finance, organization and sales. They automated their production to get more out with less. And, they have created a well respected presence in their community.

.

Kevin Hebert, St. Charles Printing Company, Boutte, Louisiana, (Nashville One), accepts a sales award from Todd Nuckols for an 18% three-year sales increase.
